But managing our shop relaunch, including logistics, while still operating has cost us a lot of effort. Is my old customer account still active?
Of course! We have imported all customer data with all accounts. The only thing you need to do once is to renew your password. To do this, log in to the shop with your usual email address and click on 'Forgot password?'. Follow the instructions to reset your password.
"I placed my order in the old shop. Will I still receive it?"
Of course! We will naturally ship all orders that were placed in the old shop. So you don't need to reorder.
How can I return something? I ordered from the old shop!
You can conveniently submit the return in our new shop. Simply enter your order number and your email address from the old shop in the returns portal and create a return. If something doesn't work, feel free to contact us in the chat, or send us an email at support@triple2.de.
"I still have a discount code for the old shop. Does it still work?"
Logical! We have transferred all discount codes from the old shop so that you can redeem them in the new shop - as long as they haven't been used yet. If you have any issues, feel free to contact us in the chat.
Can I redeem a voucher in the new shop as well?
Yes, that works. Vouchers with fixed values (Euros) can also be redeemed in the new shop. Here too, if something doesn't work, just write to us in the chat. We'll find a solution!
I would like to view an old order of mine. Is that possible?
Yes, that works. As soon as you have logged into your customer account, you can view your complete order history. Note: This only works for customers who have set up a customer account in the old shop and did NOT order as a guest. Guest accounts do not have an order history.
