The VELOZIP Merino Jersey is made from the finest Merino wool and Tencel™. The catch: The jersey material is completely biodegradable in 16 weeks, as Tencel™ is derived from wood. At the same time, the Tencel™ fiber provides a cooling effect and, above all, a silky, soft wearing comfort without itching. Ideal even in hot temperatures! This environmentally friendly synthetic fiber, made from the renewable raw material wood, is derived from cellulose. For cyclists, Tencel has exciting features: silky soft fiber, robust, abrasion-resistant, cools in heat and warms in cold, very good moisture transport. Therefore, it particularly showcases its strengths in combination with Merino yarns.
