For this reason, TRIPLE2 offers a free exchange service!
How does it work? Quite simple: Just register in our returns portal.
All you need is the last four digits of your order number and the email address you used to place your order. And here's how it continues:
- Select the item you want to exchange.
- Select the return reason (e.g. too small) and the quantity (e.g. 1) from the dropdown menu.
- Select EXCHANGE as the return option. A popup window will now appear. Here you can choose a different size or color of the item.
- Print the DHL return label and return slip and send us the product that you need to exchange.
- As soon as the return has arrived with us, we will exchange the product free of charge.
- You will receive a new order number and a corresponding delivery note for the exchange product.

You can return the item within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund.
The returned goods must be in a sellable condition. They must be unused, except for the purpose of trying on the product. Please return your products in their original packaging if possible.
