Nevertheless: Our products can also break. Whether due to wear and tear, material fatigue, or production errors. We believe that our products deserve to continue living on through repairs. Or perhaps your beloved rain jacket is simply no longer waterproof. That’s why we strive to repair and re-waterproof TRIPLE2 products - no matter how old they are - for free.

Please use our returns portal to register the repair or an impregnation service.

All you need is the last four digits of your order number and the email address you used to place your order. And here's how it continues:

1. Select the item you want to exchange.
2. Select REPAIR & IMPREGNATION from the dropdown menu
3. Select RETURN / REPAIR as return option. 
4. Print the DHL return label and return slip and send us the product you would like to have repaired.
5. As soon as the shipment has arrived, we will contact you with a confirmation and further information.
6. Repairs take between 2 and 4 weeks from the receipt of the item, depending on the effort required and the availability of spare parts.
